Viewing. Please telephone for an appointment to view any of the sites.

 

Deposit. The deposit will be held by the Landlord as security.

 

Payment. Rent is payable in advance by bankers standing order on the 1st day of each month.  

 

Short Term Tenancies. Minimum tenancy period is one calendar month.

 

Notice. On vacating one full months notice is required in writing. Please return the garage along with any keys at the end of the tenancy swept clean and clear of all possessions and rubbish.

 

Rates. Most of our domestic garages are not rated, however some larger garages are subject to business rates. All business rates are payable by and the responsibility of the tenant.

 

The tenant is responsible for keeping the garage, garage forecourt and site clear and in a clean and tidy condition.

 

The tenant is responsible for ensuring that the garage is adequately secured and making checks as appropriate. The landlord is not responsible for maintaining security, insurance or for any loss or damage that may occur at the premises.

 

The tenant will be responsible for making good any damage done to the garage door, walls, roof, floor or fittings.

 

No vehicles or other items are to be left outside the garage or in the lane yard or forecourt.

 

Where electricity is supplied by the landlord no form of electric heating shall be permitted.

 

The landlord shall not be responsible to the tenant or to any other party for any accident or injury suffered or for any damage to or loss of possessions or other items.

 

If the rent is not received on the due date the Landlord reserves the right to re-enter the garage any contents left in the garage shall be assumed to be rubbish, and disposed of at the tenants expense.
